FlexyConsent banner gallery

What can be customised?

The theme (20 built-in looks), the position (7 placements), the language (58 banner languages), which buttons the first screen shows, whether the page stays usable behind the banner, whether trackers are listed one by one, the site’s logo, its own heading and description text, and the site’s own CSS on top of the theme.

Is the first screen always the toggles?

No. Outside IAB TCF the first screen is either the cookie categories with their switches or a short first layer with Accept all and Preferences — one setting, “Reject all on the first layer” (card 1). Under IAB TCF the first layer is a summary of the purposes, as the TCF Policy asks; the switches are one click away (cards 5–7).

Can an unused consent type be left out?

Yes. With “Hide empty cookie categories” on, a category the site has no tracker in is not offered: a site that runs no ads shows no Marketing category (card 3).

FlexyConsent is certified by Google, IAB Europe and IAB Canada (CMP ID 317), and implements IAB TCF 2.4 and IAB GPP.
